SWISS AND MUSHROOM BLENDED PORK BURGERS

Ingredients:
- 2 packs Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Blended® Ground Pork with Mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pack sliced Portabella Mushrooms
- 1 tsp. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 6 slices Swiss Cheese
- Lettuce, Tomato, Sliced Red Onion
- Brioche Rolls
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine pork, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Form into patties. In a medium sauté pan on medium high heat, place butter and olive oil in the pan, then add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Grill the blended pork burgers on medium high heat, 4-6 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, place on a baking sheet; top with mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
- Place in preheated oven for 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serve on rolls with favorite toppings and sides.
