SPICY PORK NACHOS

Ingredients:
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- ¼ cup olives, sliced
- ½ cup tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup red onions, diced
- ¼ cup jalapeños, pickled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Topping Choices:
- 1 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials ® Chorizo Ground Sausage
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Preparation:
- In a sauté pan over medium high heat, cook sausage, stirring and breaking up with a spoon. While cooking, add seasonings. Cook until sausage is fully browned, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- On a sheet tray, layer the chips, olives, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and ground sausage. Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake the nachos for 15-20 minutes.
