Ham and Cheese Frittata

Ingredients:

1 cup, diced Hatfield® Hardwood Smoked Ham Steak
12 large eggs
¼ cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup diced ham
2 Tbsp. butter
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Optional ingredients:

1 red pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 cup baby spinach, chopped

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk salt and pepper.
Stir in shredded cheddar and ham.
In a cast iron skillet, melt butter. Add egg mixture.
Place in preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes; turn the broiler on for the last 3-5 minutes to brown on top.
