Crockpot Chorizo Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

16 oz browned Hatfield Recipe Essentials Fresh Ground Chorizo
16 oz cream cheese
8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk
1 cup fresh pico salsa or 1 small can of Rotel
2 TBS taco seasoning

Preparation:

Brown chorizo and drain any additional fat
Add the cooked chorizo to your crockpot
Piece apart the cream cheese and add to your crockpot
Shred the Colby Jack and Monterey Jack cheeses and add to your crockpot
Pour in 1 cup evaporated milk and one cup whole milk
Add in one cup of fresh pico salsa or substitute with one can of Rotel
Season to taste with taco seasoning
Cook on high in your crockpot until all of the cheeses have melted. Stir frequently.
